Harmony in your Fitness Program

The importance of finding a balanced fitness regime is trying to do the things that you enjoy doing, don’t get bored with too easily and can include your friends and family in.

I LOVE that quote found in a recent article from The West Australian online news paper.

So, I want to pose a question to everyone…

If you find yourself ONLY working on weights or cardio or flexibility, you’re missing out on the multiple benefits associated with all the other types of exercises that you COULD be incorporating into each workout.

So, make it a goal to hop off the treadmill every couple minutes and lift a few weights. Or if you’re focused on lifting weights, do some plyometrics to work your muscles in a whole different way!
